By requesting the Demo Medido and filling in the fields marked *, your organization commits to handle the Demo Medido medicine dispenser with care and to return it to Evondos Netherlands in undamaged condition, barring normal signs of use. In the event of loss or damage, Evondos Netherlands reserves the right to charge your organization for the costs (see appendix 2, point 3 of the agreement your organization has).
